Mark Hogrefe	General	Last runs on B&O around 1965 on Lorain to Grafton Ohio local. Last Conductor assigned was Robert VanBoven. Caboose was bad ordered and scheduled to be burned at Lorain, OH yard, but my dad was friends with Mr. VanBoven. Caboose was saved and given to my dad and was located from 1966 until early 1990's on Jaycox Rd. in Avon. Our family gave caboose to Dr. Fisher who was building the Historical Town where caboose sits today. When our family moved the caboose to Jaycox Rd it was without trucks. The trucks on it now were found at an old Victoria Station resteraunt. Some work was done since this picture was taken so it looks better now. Keeping the old wooden siding in decent shape has been a battle from the beginning when it came off the B&O. Inside is the way it came off the railroad, including original stove, sink etc. Some work was done restoring inside part of cupola by Fisher family.	11/1/2015 7:54:14 PM
